Dell charging extra for downgrading customers from Windows Vista to XP
Dell has made available option to customers who want to get Windows XP on their ordered machines.
The company is however charging extra fee to provide the customer with an XP loaded machine that would also come with Vista installers.
Microsoft is stopping sales of the Windows XP operating system and there are now few options left for customers to get a new machine with the vintage operating system.
Some low cost computers are still going to be made available with the XP but for most other customers they would have to rely upon the options provided by the system manufacturer.
