Google Browser Sync for Firefox discontinued
If you have just upgraded to Firefox 3 and are hoping to see Google release a compatible version of Google Browser Sync, you are out of luck.
Google developers seem to have confirmed in a statement that they have no plans to continue supporting this excellent add-on.
They are suggesting that users should move on to alternative solutions like Mozilla Weave from Mozilla Labs or Foxmarks Bookmark Synchronizer.
This is going to disappoint a lot of Firefox fans. Google has however released an updated Google Toolbar which works with Firefox 3.
