Apple launches .Mac replacement MobileMe
Apple announced the next generation .mac service which they are now naming MobileMe.
Apple MobileMe is essentially their cloud storage solution which is designed to handle e-mail, calendar items, contacts, photos, and other documents for the user.
Microsoft has a similar solution under development named Microsoft Live Mesh.
Apple MobileMe features 20GB storage which would cost the customer 99 dollars a year.
It is now designed to support both the Apple iPhone and Windows OS.
