Mere Mortal Software today announced the immediate availability of Inspire Me 1.0, a Mac OS X application for managing and displaying famous quotations, motivational sayings, reminders, or any other simple text phrases. Phrases can be displayed in an overlay window, a transparent panel, or as a widget on the user’s desktop.
Denver, Colorado - Mere Mortal Software today announced the immediate availability of Inspire Me 1.0, a Mac OS X application for managing and displaying famous quotations, motivational sayings, reminders, or any other simple text phrases.
Inspire Me consists of a database where users can store phrases and organize them by topic. A random phrase from each topic can be automatically displayed at regular intervals ranging from every ten minutes to just once per day. Phrases can be displayed in an overlay window, a transparent panel, or as a widget on the user’s desktop.
A built-in web interface allows users to download additional collections of phrases free of charge from within the application. New collections of famous quotations, motivational phrases, and much more are regularly added to the site.
Inspire Me is compatible with Mac OS X 10.4.x (Tiger) or later, including 10.5.x (Leopard).
Inspire Me has an introductory price of just $12.95 USD for a single-user license. A free, full-featured trial version can be downloaded from the Mere Mortal Software website.
