Internet Explorer 8 to be feature complete by this august
Microsoft has said that they are going to release the feature complete edition of Internet Explorer 8 by this August.
This means that they would work on fixing the bugs and releasing the final edition after this test release in August.
The company had launched the first beta of IE8 earlier this year.
Microsoft said that the second beta would be targeted at a wider test audience.
They have however not released an official launch date for the final edition of Internet Explorer 8.
IE’s most potent rival Firefox is expected to enter version 3 sometime this month. Opera is also closing in on their next major release Opera 9.5.
