WinRar Version 3.40 beta 1 adds support for 7Zip

RarLab released a beta of there prime software product WinRar and added some great features. The fastest compression format not provide better compression along with great speeds, the new formats to be supported (decompression) are Unix formats like GZip and BZip2 binaries. Also added is the support for the now getting popular format .7z. There are also many other bug fixes and enhancements.
Since, it is a beta software, users are advised to avoid them in crucial working environments.
