Google updates Gmail on Apple iPhone

Search engine giant Google has a surprise package for Apple iPhone users.

The company has updated the Gmail application for the iPhone. The latest version is 1.1.3.

Google said that this new update would convert POP accounts to IMAP.

The new edition supports following new features:

• Auto-complete when composing
• Automatic refreshing
• Faster load times when viewing email
