Windows XP Service Pack 3 delayed
Microsoft has said that they are delaying the launch of the Service Pack 3 for Windows XP.
The company has blamed this delay on a compatibility issue with a retail-chain-management application.
Windows XP SP3 was earlier scheduled to release yesterday.
The company discovered some compatibility issues with their Microsoft Dynamics RMS.
Microsoft said that they have for now disabled this update on systems which have Microsoft Dynamics RMS running on them.
They are also recommending that Microsoft Dynamics RMS users should not install either XP SP3 or Vista SP1.
