Ubuntu 8.04 LTS now available through Ship It service

Ubuntu 8.04 LTS (Hardy Heron) can be pre-ordered now through Ubuntu’s Ship It service.

The distribution is yet not released. The developers are planning to launch it sometime next week.

They are accepting the orders now and would start delivering it to the users as soon as the final version is released.

Surprisingly, the service is now designed to send just one CD per normal request.

Requests for more CDs can be registered but they are not guaranteeing whether it would be accepted or not.
