Corporate users more satisfied with Mac OS X than Vista OS
ChangeWave Research has said in a research report that the corporate users of Apple Mac OS X are more satisfied compared to users of Microsoft Vista OS.
The report said that the Leopard users are more than five times more likely to say that they are “very satisfied” compared to Vista users.
Paul Carton, director of research at ChangeWave Research spoke on their findings: “Apple continues to set the standard for corporate customer satisfaction.”
The report also mentioned that 7% of the corporate respondents planning to purchase laptops in the next 90 days were considering getting Apple Macs.
