Microsoft could develop apps for Apple iPhone
Apple iPhone is the first mobile phone product from the Mac maker.
Microsoft develops Windows Mobile which is a leading operating system on Smartphones today.
However, Microsoft has now hinted that they might develop applications for the Apple iPhone platform.
This came after Apple released the software development kit for the iPhone sometime ago.
Tom Gibbons, corporate VP of Microsoft’s Specialized Devices and Applications Group was quoted as saying in the media: “It’s really important for us to understand what we can bring to the iPhone. To the extent that Mac Office customers have functionality that they need in that environment, we’re actually in the process of trying to understand that now.”
