Oracle certifies Nokia mobile phones

Database industry giant Oracle has said that they have now certified a number of Nokia products as interoperable with Oracle’s CRM and database software.

This would help Nokia as they would be able to market their phones as potential replacements for computers.

Oracle said that they have validated Nokia’s Intellisync Device Management with Oracle’s Siebel CRM software.

The company has also made available its Oracle Database Lite on the Symbian Version 9/S60 Version 3.

Oracle further said that Siebel Wireless can run on the Nokia E90 Communicator.
