IBM OmniFind Enterprise Edition 8.5 now available
IBM has announced the availability of OmniFind Enterprise Edition 8.5.
This product is their high-end enterprise search product. The updated edition features an improved user interface.
IBM is also expected to soon announce a business intelligence tool which could be used along with it for analysis of call center data.
The company added that this updated edition features tight integration with other IBM collaboration products like Notes/Domino 8.
In addition, they have added support for more languages including Japanese, Korean and Chinese characters.
