Kaspersky Lab develops a prototype security app for Apple Mac
Kaspersky Lab has revealed that they have developed a prototype security application for the Apple Mac platform.
The security software maker said that they have no plans to launch it commercially but they have the ability to make it production ready in a couple of days.
The company claims the prototype proves that their antivirus technology is flexible enough to work on different operating systems.
Kaspersky added: “We see that Mac OS is taking a bigger and bigger share of the market. We made the prototype to be ready just in case.”
