MSN Live Hotmail access problems reported
Software giant Microsoft has confirmed that some of the users of their Hotmail webmail service are facing access problems to the service.
The problem was not limited to hotmail alone. Users were unable to access any service which requires a Microsoft login.
These included the company’s Xbox Live and MSN Live Messenger application.
Microsoft said in a statement on these problems: “We are aware that some customers may be experiencing difficulty accessing their Windows Live accounts. We’re actively investigating the cause and are working to take the appropriate steps to remedy the situation as rapidly as possible.”

I don’t know why my email isn’t working, i don’t even care why it’s not working. I just want it to work. I can’t stand the fact that the news have said nothing about hotmail, but alot about microsoft being sued by some country for some reason (a good one I’m sure). I wish they would just fix this problem. My son and husband both use gmail and don’t understand why i keep using hotmail. Guess they are right, I should switch.

I read that Microsoft had had fixed the glitch. I still can not access email or messenger and very few MSN pages.

I cant get too hot mail since insight was switched too comcast, also can not get into my e-bay. I use a lap top and when I bring it too work were they use Verizon, it works fine, so I know its not my computer. comcast is of no help, does any one know how too fix this or can it be?

Can’t even get onto the log in screen (31.03.08). Tried disabling firewall & anti virus, no better. Noticed some other web pages either can’t be accessed or take ages to form on the screen. What’s going on?

For two days now I haven’t been able to open or send any emails – I can get into the inbox but none of the “buttons” will work.
Please help ASAP as I have important messages I need to access.

we suggest using another browser for hotmail till microsoft fix their code.

very frustrated not being able to access my mail!
