AOL Xdrive Desktop Lite launched
AOL has announced the launch of Xdrive Desktop Lite which is now compatible with Apple Mac platform.
This is basically achieved by using the Adobe’s AIR technology which should make the service compatible with Linux in the future.
The software product is currently in beta testing.
The service enables a user to upload files from his computer to an online facility. This data is then made available to any computer connected to the internet.
AOL is providing 5GB space in the free edition of the service.
