Mozilla Messaging to focus on Thunderbird development
The Mozilla Foundation has announced the launch of their new subsidiary Mozilla Messaging.
This new division would focus on the development of their email client Mozilla Thunderbird.
They are going to work initially on the upcoming Thunderbird 3 release.
The foundation itself is concentrated on the Firefox web browser which has been hugely successful around the world.
Mozilla said that Mozilla Messaging will continue using the open source model in work. David Ascher is the CEO of Mozilla Messaging.
