Mozilla Firefox 2.0.0.12 released

Mozilla has now released an updated version of Firefox web browser to fix variety of security flaws in the software.

Firefox is in version 2.0.0.12 now.

One of the major bugs fixed in this release is the MFSA 2008-06 vulnerability which is related to how the browser rendered images on certain web pages.

Another major bug fixed is related to remote code execution possibility.

Mozilla added that they have also taken steps to fix a problem involving memory corruption.
