Amarok 2 Tech Preview now available for Windows OS!

The developers behind the Amarok project have announced the availability of a windows installer of KDE which now comes loaded with Amarok 2 tech preview.

This is perhaps the first step in making available the Amarok player on the Windows platform. The application is very popular in the Linux world.

The developers warned that the installer would be pretty big considering it would download all the associated KDE libs with it.

In addition, this version is going to be very buggy and might not work at all for some users as it is still in very early development stages.
