nova media rounds out its trio of cell phone applications with an updated version of launch2net, making its first appearance at Macworld Expo 2008. launch2net handles setup and connections to the Internet and already supports most cell phones, USB modems and datacards available from cell providers around the globe.

“Wherever you are with your Mac and mobile connectivity device, settings are already in place,” states Jan Fuellemann, PR spokesperson at nova media. “launch2net now supports a total of 410 network settings in 157 countries worldwide.”

launch2net requires Mac OS X 10.4.3 or higher (10.5.2 or higher for Leopard) and a compatible mobile device. launch2net has a price tag of Euro 75,00 plus VAT (approximately $110 U.S.).
