Zune Diagnostic Tool released by Microsoft

Microsoft has now made available a software utility for the owners of their Zune media players to look for potential problems with USB and wireless sync connection.

The utility is available to people using their Zune with Windows Vista and XP SP2. It has been made available in three languages English, French, and Spanish.

The company said that people facing any problems should run the Zune software on the machine and then run the tool. They should then connect the Zune player with the machine and wait for any potential error messages.

Users would then be able to save the error report and submit it with Microsoft.
