Norton 360 Version 2 test edition coming up soon

Symantec has said that they are soon going to make available the test edition of their upcoming Norton 360 Version 2 release.

The company said that this updated version would include new Web security and identity-theft protection features.

In addition, it would also ship with a “smart firewall” that will use behavior-based analysis techniques to identify emerging threats.

The company said that the updated release would also be able to back up data to new types of devices such as iPods or Blu-ray drives.

Symantec representative Mark Kanok added: “We changed up a couple of things to make it a little more accessible and give the advanced users more control.”
