SWsoft adopts Parallels name for new corporate identity

SWsoft is the parent company of the virtualization software solutions provider Parallels.

They have now announced that they are adopting the Parallels name for its new corporate identity.

The company in addition also showcased their Optimized Computing vision for its future products.

Ben Rudolph, Parallels Director of Corporate Communications spoke on this decision: “On the branding front, Parallels is a well known brand and has a very strong corporate image, largely due to the fact that Parallels Desktop for Mac is so popular and has such a massive, fiercely loyal fan base.”

2008 is going to be a major year for the company as they would be launching Virtuozzo 4.0 and major updates to Parallels Desktop and Parallels Workstation.
