Z4 Technologies sues Microsoft for patent infringement

Z4 Technologies has just won a major lawsuit against Microsoft winning more than $140 million in damages from the software giant.

But they are not yet satisfied as they have sued the makers of Windows OS once again.

They are now targeting Microsoft for their products Windows Vista and Office 2007.

Z4 is claiming that the company has made only minor changes in these product’s activation technology which still infringe on their patented technologies.

The company further claim that they had notified Microsoft of these issues last year but nothing was done to fix it.

Microsoft responded in a statement saying that they do not believe that Vista or MS Office 2007 infringe on z4’s patents.
