IBM OmniFind Yahoo Edition updated
IBM has announced the release of an updated edition of their IBM OmniFind Yahoo Edition which they have developed in collaboration with the Internet giant Yahoo.
The company added that this updated edition now allows the user to separate content into searchable document collections.
It also comes with an improved administration console for easing setup and management of the search tool.
IBM added that this updated application suite now uses the latest open-source Lucene indexing library.
IBM has also improved on performance, indexing and custom field searches. Browser support has also been enhanced for wider presence.
