GeoSentric to provide social networking solutions to Nokia N95 and 6110
Finnish handset maker GeoSentric has announced that Nokia has now chosen them to provide social networking application on their GPS capable devices including the N95 and 6110.
This mobile social networking platform has been named GyPSii and it is already compatible with devices running on Windows Mobile platform.
They would now add support for Nokia phones and Symbian mobile OS. This would further broaden their applicability.
The company said that this mobile platform would allow users to upload pictures, videos and sound clips recorded with their phones. These digital media content would be linked with the location of the event.
