Apple QuickTime 7.3 released

Apple has released the latest version of their QuickTime application. The latest edition of QuickTime is now version 7.3.

Apple said that this release is mostly a bug fix release and it patches seven security vulnerabilities.

These bugs existed in QuickTime for Mac, Windows XP and Windows Vista.

Apple added that Mac users would be able to patch their installation using the operating system’s inbuilt software update tool.

Apple also ships the Windows edition with an update utility which can be used by the users of XP and Vista OS to update their installations.
