Hanna Strategies acquired by Autodesk

Autodesk has announced their decision to acquire Hanna Strategies.

Hanna Strategies is a China based company which specializes in developing engineering software.

This acquisition is expected to help Autodesk with development of digital prototyping, building information modeling and 2D and 3D software.

Incidentally, Autodesk already owned a majority stake in the company and they have just decided to buy the rest of it.

They would now combine Hanna’s development team with its own. Hanna has development centers located in Shanghai, Atlanta, Georgia and Pune (India).
