Adobe and NIIT to work together to provide training
NIIT and Adobe have together announced that they would now collaborate to offer training courses in design, Web, mobile and interactive media.
Adobe would be providing the institutes with latest software development tools and technical resources.
NIIT would be taking care of providing the training programs. This program would cover as many as 32 nations.
NIIT and Adobe are planning to set up 600 training centers globally in the next three years.
The aim is to train as many as 60,000 students in the same period globally.
Adobe Systems president and COO Shantanu Narayen spoke on this initiative: “With this alliance, we want to create a new generation of talent that can bridge the developer-designer gap, a talent pool that not only has a compelling creative experience but also back-end capabilities.”
NIIT CEO Vijay K Thadani added: “NIIT is pleased to bring our 25 years of training expertise, combined with Adobe’s leadership to create exciting opportunities for the youth around the world through our training programmes.”
