EQO Communications to ship native VoIP client for Symbian
EQO Communications has announced that they are developing a faster version of its mobile VoIP application.
This version would be released for the Symbian OS based mobile devices and would be coded in the Symbian C++ language.
The original version of their software is written in Java language which enables it to run on a variety of operating system platforms.
The developers in the company said that a native application would also be able to better tap into other Symbian abilities.
EQO generally provides the application for free but make revenues by selling minutes to users to make calls on its network.
