Scott McGregor and David Bienvenu leaves Thunderbird development team
Open Source software developers Mozilla had announced recently that they were setting up a new entity to take care of their Thunderbird email client.
They are going to concentrate on Firefox web browser which has succeeded in challenging the domination of Microsoft Internet Explorer.
However, the latest news is that two of the leading developers behind the Thunderbird project are now leaving the company.
They would now be providing freelance support to the project. None of them gave any solid reason for this decision. Scott McGregor and David Bienvenu revealed on their blogs their decision to leave Mozilla.
