McAfee updates McAfee Total Protection, Internet Security, and VirusScan Plus
Security software maker McAfee has announced the latest releases of their products.
The company has now released the 2008 editions of their applications including McAfee Total Protection, Internet Security, and VirusScan Plus.
Incidentally, the company claims that these new products are technically version less as they are now adopting a SaaS approach.
It would let the customer stay updated with the latest editions as they pay for the yearly subscriptions.
McAfee added that these new versions have been designed to use a “protection without interference” approach. It enables the user to continue his work with the software avoiding bothering him about the security threats.
