The SCO Group gets to stay on NASDAQ for the time being
The SCO Group has been given sometime by the NASDAQ stock exchange to get things in order.
The company was otherwise expected to be delisted from the NASDAQ earlier this week.
They had received the delisting notice by the stock exchange earlier this month.
The problem started when they had to file for bankruptcy after a series of legal setbacks.
A federal judge recently ruled that Novell was the one which owned copyright to the Unix operating system and not SCO.
SCO could face orders from the courts to pay huge fines to Novell as a result of this lawsuit.
