Trend Micro Internet Security suite 2008 released

Trend Micro has announced the launch of their latest edition of Trend Micro Internet Security suite.

This security suite is in version 2008 now and the company has also introduced a PRO edition with added features.

The Pro version of the suite would come with identity theft protection, Wi-Fi hotspot verification, and PC performance tuning.

Company representative Carol Wang Carpenter said in a statement that the new version also features improved performance, convenience, and protection.

Remote File Lock is also a feature addition in the Pro edition. It would enable the user to establish a safe folder for sensitive documents.

Trend Micro Internet Security Pro 2008 would retail for $69.95. The simpler version would retail for $49.95.

There is another pack named Trend Micro AntiVirus plus AntiSpyware. This would be made available for $39.95.
