Apple showcases Logic Studio for audio professionals
Apple has announced their latest software suite named Logic Studio. It has been designed for the audio professionals using Mac.
It comes loaded with Logic Pro 8 and a new application called MainStage. Apple added that the suite would also come with Soundtrack 2 and a variety of instruments and effects.
The suite would feature a new, single window interface and it would allow instant access to music creation and production functions.
Apple added that Logic Pro 8 also features new audio production tools like Quick Swipe Comping and dynamic channel strip creation.
It would support True Surround software instruments and effects and would include multichannel tracks and busses.
MainStage application is new from the company and it would turn a Mac into a live performance rig. Musicians would be able to use their favorite gear while performing live through the Mac.
