BestLink® for Excel® Added to Best’s Statement File – Global

A.M. Best Co. has added BestLink for Excel, its new online data-retrieval tool, to Best’s Statement File – Global, allowing users to download financial and rating data directly into their spreadsheets from the A.M. Best Web site.

BestLink for Excel is the first offering to utilize A.M. Best’s Web Services architecture and online Global Insurance & Banking Database. A.M. Best is leveraging the latest technology to provide access to the most recent financial and rating information from within Microsoft Excel.

Best’s Statement File – Global subscribers can use BestLink for Excel to create standard reports, such as Best’s Executive Summary Reports, Company Profiles and Rating Profiles. Instructional Wizards and a Quick Reports feature assist in creating these reports. Users can also build their own custom reports by selecting companies, data fields and years. Currency information and exchange rates can be applied to all custom and standard reports.
