Google adds Google Sky feature to Google Earth
Search engine giant Google has added more functionality to the latest release of Google Earth (version 4.2).
The software application now comes with a new feature named Google Sky which comes loaded with images from the Sky.
Google calls it the virtual telescope for all the interested web users as they would now be able to check out images of stars and galaxies from within the application.
Market sources say that the company has added the data from more than one million photographs provided by scientific and academic sources. This include the images taken by the NASA’s Hubble Telescope.
Google has added another new feature to this update named Gigapxl Photos.
