Roxio launches Popcorn 3 for Mac OS X

Software company Roxio has announced the launch of their latest product Popcorn 3. This application is the latest version of their video conversion and disc burning software for Mac OS X platform.

They plan to ship the software by the end of the current month and it would feature CD and DVD burning capabilities for the Mac in addition to combining data, music and video capabilities.

Roxio said that the application is based on the Toast engine but comes loaded with a simplified interface.

One of the major new feature added in this new edition is the support for TiVoToGo. The application would now enable the user to transfer and automatically convert their TiVo recordings to a format they desire.
