Skype: Problems getting resolved in some regions
VoIP company Skype has stated that users in Asia and parts of Europe are now being able to log into their Skype accounts.
This means that the service suffered around 24 hours long downtime in most regions around the world.
The company said that some users reported that they were able to connect to the service letting them make VoIP based calls.
Skype stated in its message that “even though it is too early to call out anything definite yet we are now seeing signs of improvement in our sign-on performance.”
The company is hoping to resume services all around the world by today. They are recommending the users to keep their software running so that it continues to try to log in to their servers.
