Microsoft ships a mega bundle of Security Patches
Software giant Microsoft has issued their latest round of patches this Tuesday. Experts believe that this latest mega bundle of patches is one of the most significant security fixes this year.
The company issued nine sets of patches which fixes 14 bugs in its software.
Microsoft has rated six of these fixes as critical updates for their applications. Three other updates have been rated important by the company.
One of the major patches issued by the company includes one for the graphics rendering system used by Windows. This system is used by the operating system to send graphics data to printers and monitors.
This one is applicable on all versions of Windows OS except for Windows Vista and Windows Server 2003 Service pack 2.
The good thing is that none of the issues fixed by this latest round of patches was publicly disclosed by anyone.
