Shape Services launches IM+ for Skype for Apple iPhone
Apple iPhone owners have one more interesting application to check out now. Shape Services has announced the launch of their IM+ for Skype for iPhone service.
This service is basically a Web application that enables iPhone users to access the Skype messaging and VoIP network.
This application would now compliment their other existing applications for other mobile platforms like BlackBerry, Windows Mobile, Palm OS, Symbian and J2ME.
The company said that their application would let the user connect to their Skype accounts. They would be able to make VoIP based calls using the Apple iPhone.
The service would work on any network and is not totally reliant on the Wi-Fi technology which is supported by the mobile phone from Apple.
