Apple releases an update for iPhone
Apple has released their first software update for their recently launched iPhone mobile phone product.
The updates were delivered through the iTunes application which is also used by the system to sync songs and other data between the computer and the iPhone.
This update basically updates the Safari web browser on the iPhone to fix security issues and improve stability.
The company also released a series of updates for Mac OS 10.3.9 (Panther), Mac OS 10.4.10 (Tiger) on PowerPC, and the Universal version of Mac OS 10.4.10.
The company is recommending that all users download and install these latest patches to stay up to date.
These updates are available from the company’s website and through the internal upgrade mechanism in these operating systems.
