Windows Vista rumored to be scheduled to get major updates
Online sources suggest that Microsoft is due to release some major updates to their recently launched Vista operating system.
Sources suggest that the operating system is likely to get at least two major patches. The files seems to have leaked to various websites.
These patches are likely to address issues related to performance and compatibility.
The official update is likely to be released to the general public this coming August 14 which would be the Patch Tuesday of the month.
The leaked versions are of course not official releases and might not be the same versions that Microsoft release sometime later this month.
Microsoft recently stated that they have sold more than 60 million licenses of the Windows Vista licenses around the world since the launch earlier this year.
