Apple posts Firmware Restoration CD 1.3
Apple has released an update to their Firmware Restoration CD. The latest updated release is in version 1.3 now.
This CD comes loaded with the software which would help a user restore the firmware on Intel-based Macs.
Apple states that the CD would enable the user to create a CD that can be used to restore the firmware on an Intel-based Mac in an event where a firmware update has been interrupted.
It can also come handy in cases of errors during the update process.
