NetSuite Applications now available through Apple iPhone
NetSuite Inc. has announced that they have now made their hosted midmarket applications suite compatible with the recently launched Apple iPhone mobile phone device.
The company has now announced their NetSuite 2007.0 which is the latest edition of their software-as-a-service online suite.
It comes with complete support for the most recent release of Apple’s Safari Web browser. NetSuite calls this functionality SuitePhone.
Apple iPhone comes loaded with a customized Safari web browser and NetSuite users would be able to access their services using the mobile device.
Brian Keare, the company’s chief operating officer said in a statement: “We’re definitely a mixed-use shop. We have half Macs and half PCs. Personally, I use both.”
He added: “I won’t be replacing my desktop computer, but on the road or on vacation, I’ll pull out my iPhone before I pull out my laptop.”
