Apple launches Apple Developer Connection for iPhone
Apple has launched a new website for developers wanting to code applications and services for their just launched Apple iPhone device.
The new website is part of the Apple Developer Connection and it features guidelines for developers to code applications for Safari browser on iPhone.
Apple has restricted development of any third party application to Safari. The company stated that developers would be able to use advance technology to make applications that look and behave just like the applications built into iPhone.
The company said that the developers would be able to make applications which can interact with other features present on the phone.
The newly launched website features sections like Understanding User-iPhone Interaction; Use Standards and Tried-and-True Design Practices; Integrate with Phone, Mail, and Maps; Optimize for Page Readability; Ensure a Great Audio and Video Experience; Know What Safari Supports on iPhone; Connect With Web Developers.
