Firefox Companion for eBay launched
eBay has good news for their users. The company has collaborated with Mozilla and have launched the Firefox Companion for eBay.
It is basically the Firefox browser which comes preloaded with Firefox Companion add-on. Existing Firefox users can download the add-on to get similar features.
The browser product is of course compatible with several platforms including Windows OS, Linux and Mac OS.
Some of the features provided by this combination:
eBay Button
eBay Companion Sidebar
eBay Alert Box
eBay ‘Glow’ Alerts
Users also get access to features like:
Detailed Tooltip Information
Intelligent Refresh
Quick Access to Item Actions
Of course the add-on makes sure that you are not accessing a phishing site when you visit either PayPal or eBay’s own site!
