VMWare Fusion update now supports Apple Mac OS X Leopard
Virtualization software maker VMWare has announced the availability of their updated Fusion application which is designed to enable users to run Microsoft Windows on Intel-based Macs.
The latest release is Fusion 1.0b4.1 and it also reactivate support for USB devices for users that own Santa Rosa-based MacBook Pros. It also fixes the problems for users who have updated to Mac OS X 10.4.10.
The company said that Apple made changes to USB manager in the Santa Rosa-based MacBook Pros which resulted in problems with earlier releases.
VMWare added that they are also now extending the support for users who are using the latest beta of Mac OS X Leopard. The company confirmed that the latest beta would work fine on this release.
The latest Fusion release would also enable the users to use their existing Boot Camp partition as a virtual machine.
