Mandriva launches Flash 4GB with Mandriva Linux 2007 KDE 32-bit
Linux Company Mandriva has launched their Flash 4GB product which comes loaded with a full-featured Linux OS. The USB drive comes loaded with Mandriva Linux 2007 KDE 32-bit and it needs no installation.
The OS comes loaded with drivers for the most common computer hardware products like PC video cards, wireless adapters and modems.
It also comes loaded with a lot of goodies including:
– KDE 3.5.4
– Mozilla Firefox 1.5.0.10
– OpenOffice.org 2.0.4
– The Gimp 2.3.10
– Real Player 10.0.8.805
– Flash Player 9.0.31.0
The OS also saves on the system configuration, preferences and data on the drive for future usage on the same machine. This new product is essentially an updated version of the company’s Flash 2G device.
The drive would sell for US$175 and could be ordered over the web.
