Adium 1.0.2 is out with bug fixes

The developers behind the project have released the latest version Adium 1.0.2. This update comes with around 25 improvements including crash fixes.

Developers behind this software application claims that the updated version features improved AIM file transfer, enhanced speed in the integrated chat transcript viewer, and improved interaction with iTunes.

The Adium Team further said that they are participating in the 2007 Google Summer of Code. For this, they are inviting student applications until the Summer of Code deadline on Monday, March 26th 2007 at 5:00 p.m. PDT.

Adium is one of the most popular open source instant messaging applications on the Mac platform with support for all major text-based chatting networks.

The latest edition Adium 1.0.2 is available as a free download and supports Mac OS X 10.3.9 or later.
